Li Hang is a Chinese professional snooker player, who is making his debut on the Main Tour for the 2008/2009 season. He managed to qualify by winning the ACBS Asian Under-21 Championship. He competed in the 2008 Jiangsu Classic, finishing last in his group, although he managed to beat the 2008 World Championship runner-up Ali Carter 2–0. He enjoyed a solid first season on the main tour, comfortably retaining his tour place despite losing his first World Championship qualifier to Daniel Wells. The next season was not be as good however, as he slipped off the main tour.
Li awarded a wild card at 2011 China Open, where he beat former world champions Ken Doherty by 5–1 to qualify. He continued to shock the audience by defeating another former world champions, this time Graeme Dott in the deciding frame in last 32. His strong run was ended by Shaun Murphy in last 16 by 4–5.
